Tasks:

  • Customer Support Engineering:
  • Set up car build sheet according to the mileage
  • Writing pre-event report for the drivers
  • Car setup in consultation with counterparts
  • Planning test session in consultation with the operations manager
  • Monitoring test sessions
  • Driving (data and video)
  • Writing post-event report
  • Technical LMP2 documentation
  • Update customer files
  • Update User Manual
  • Update catalogue of parts and prices
  • Create a mileage file (changes, revisions)
  • Update Technical Bulletin
  • Management of sensitive technical data (geometry, aerodynamic data, engine map, …)
  • Ligier leasing:
  • Writing initial build sheets
  • Recall parts for changing and revising
  • Make regular technical check-ups
  • Follow up the mileage of the JSP2 cars in leasing

Basic Knowledge:

  • Expertise in vehicle dynamics

  • Foreign languages:

Based in Magny-Cours
Reporting to: Warehouse manager

Tasks:

  • Receives and stores the goods in the warehouse
  • Prepares internal and external orders
  • Check the state and the conservation of the products in the warehouse
  • Regulates the entries and exits on the warehouse’s management software

Specific knowledge:

  • CACES forklift driver
  • Knowledge of car parts
  • Expertise of shelving techniques
  • Familiar with how a database works (Sage)

Reporting to: Workshop manager

Tasks:

  • Carry out partial or total assembly of racing cars
  • Respecting assembly protocol

Basic Knowledge:

  • Expertise in racing car mechanics
  • Good knowledge of electricity/electronics
  • Experience in assembly and dismantling of gear boxes
  • Basic technical English is a plus

Training:

  • General mechanic with specialization or experience in motorsports

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in motorsports

Reports to: Site Manager

Tasks :

  • Monitoring one or more cars in endurance races
  • Monitoring development test sessions
  • Preparing for races and test sessions
  • Writing up reports after races and test sessions
  • Solving technical problems

Basic knowledge:

  • Knowledge of different recorded data acquisition systems
  • Operation of suspension and aerodynamics
  • Data acquisition analysis
  • Fluency in English

Based in Magny-Cours
Reporting to: Production Manager

Tasks:

Manufacture of composite, carbon or fiberglass parts, by processing pre-impregnated fabrics, in a vacuum and autoclave

  • Realisation of the cutting, draping and setting up of vacuum bag operations based on designs
  • Optimised management of the heat chamber/autoclave
  • Finishing (deburring), possibly bonding and assembly
  • Final inspection of the parts according to the quality follow-up documents
  • Creation of carbon mould based on models.
  • Management of material stocks
  • Ensure proper condition of moulds and tools.
  • Respecting the production schedule specified by the Production Director
  • Making timely repairs on existing pieces

Basic knowledge:

  • Knowledge of composite materials, environment, blends, compatibility of materials,…and processing techniques
  • Expertise in assembly and repair techniques of composite materials
  • Expertise in the use of a heat chamber and an autoclave
  • Reading and interpreting plans, playbook and technical documentation
  • Security rules
  • Quality control
  • Knowledge of technical English / Knowledge of Italian is a plus

Reports to: Workshop Manager

Tasks:

  • Assembly of a developing vehicle
    • Realisation of the assembly of vehicles being developed
    • Preparation of wind tunnel and 7 Post Rig sessions
    • Participation in the test sessions
  • Assembly client car:
    • Assembly of clients’ cars
    • Following assembly protocols
    • Preparation of spare parts

Basic Knowledge:

  • Expertise of racing car mechanics
  • Good knowledge of electricity – electronics
  • Fluent in technical English, German would be a plus
  • Studies:
  • General mechanic with specialisation in or experience in motorsport
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in motorsports
